When can I expect to receive the products?
We will send you a confirmation email of the purchase once you have placed the order. After receiving the payment, we will ship the items using USPS Priority Mail and send you the shipping notification. You should expect the products to arrive between 1 to 3 days after receiving shipping notification.
How is your sizing of the clothes?
Most of our clothes come in one size and they have considerable stretch and are form fitting. Thus, weprovide size measurement for each of our clothes. They are measured in bust, waist and hip.
Please refer to the size measurements of each items to make sure that you purchase the right clothes.
What is the size measurement guidelines?
Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under the armpits and over the fullest part of the bust.
Waist: Find your natural waistline and measure.
Hip: Measure the fullest part of the hip (usually about 7-9 inches below the waist)
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
We will gladly exchange the items within 5 days after you have received the items for the following reasons: defective items, and missing items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to please contact us and we will try our best to make things right. Shipping handling fees are non-refundable.
What does SOLD OUT in the items displayed in the store mean?
SOLD OUT means the item is currently out of stock.
You can still order the item but there is a possibility of waiting around 2 weeks for the item to be shipped to your address.
We encourage you to send us an email to let us know which item(s) you are interested in purchasing before you click on Buy Now to check the availability of that particular item.
We will do our best in ordering that item(s) from our supplier and send you the confirmation email.
Can I still purchase SOLD OUT items?
If you would like to purchase SOLD ITEM clothes, please contact us directly. We will then contact our supplier to purchase that particular item. However, we do not guarantee the availability of the sold out items as it depends on the suppliers' available stocks.
Why is the tracking status doesn't show where's my item located?
Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered to the addressee's Post Office; it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream. Without a tracking system affixed to First-Class Mail, we are not able to tell you where the item is within the mail stream or when it will be delivered.
If expected First-Class Mail or Priority Mail has not arrived within five Postal business days from its date of mailing, you can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your mail loss complaint, or you can visit the Postal Inspection Service Web site and complete a mail loss report.
